Χθες 17 του μήνα, το Σωματείο των online κριτικών κινηματογράφου ανακοίνωσε τις υποψηφιότητές του για το 2023, με αποτελέσματα που ανακεφαλαιώνουν την ως τώρα ατμόσφαιρα. Το «Oppenheimer» κυριεύει με 12 υποψηφιότητες, ακολουθούν «Οι Δολοφόνοι του Ανθισμένου Φεγγαριού» και το «Poor Things» με 11, ενώ η «Barbie» συνοδεύει με 9. Από 5 υποψηφιότητες συγκέντρωσαν οι «Περασμένες Ζωές» και «Η Ανατομία μιας Πτώσης», ενώ από 4 κατάφεραν τα «Holdovers», «Asteroid City», «May December» και «Ζώνη Ενδιαφέροντος». Εντύπωση προκαλεί η πλήρης απουσία του «Maestro» – μια βεντέτα γεννιέται; Αστεία πράγματα.
H OFCS (Online Film Critics Society) θα ανακοινώσει τους νικητές της την Δευτέρα 22 Ιανουαρίου. Η Ένωση αποτελείται από περίπου 300 επαγγελματίες, αντιπροσωπεύοντες μέσα όπως τα Variety, Hollywood Reporter, Slant, Sight & Sound, Film Stage και πλήθος (ελπίζουμε) άλλων, από όλο τον κόσμο, παρότι εμείς αναφέραμε μονάχα αγγλόφωνα μέσα. Τα 2/3 της πάντως είναι από τις ΗΠΑ. Η Ένωση ιδρύθηκε το 1997.
